Consistent Club Jerseys Across Seasons

Approve the club standard once. Keep each team, season, sponsor version, and roster separate.

  • ✓ One approved identity across club teams
  • ✓ Current materials and colors checked before reorders

Set the Club Rules Before Team Orders

Fix the crest, colors, fonts, number style, and labels first. Each team then keeps its own product, roster, sponsor version, and packing plan.

Six Controls for Teams and Reorders

The club identity stays fixed. Team and season records stay separate.

Club Identity File

Keep the approved crest, colors, fonts, and number style together.

Team and Season Codes

Label every file by team and season to prevent version mix-ups.

Standard Sample

Approve the main fit, colors, logos, and decoration before team orders.

Separate Team Rosters

Use one final file for each team's names, numbers, sizes, products, and labels.

Team-Level Inspection

Check the correct marks, roster, sizes, quantities, and packing for each team.

Reorder Check

Recheck current materials, color batches, player changes, and timing.

Create the Club Identity File

Keep shared club rules separate from team-only changes.

  • Core identity
Crest, colors, fonts, and number style.
  • Product standard
Jersey, fit, material, decoration, and labels.
  • Team marks
Sponsors, league marks, and team-specific artwork.
  • Final approval
    One authorized production version.

Separate Teams, Seasons, and Sponsors

Give each team and season one current production version.

  • Team code
Identify the sport, squad, and wearer group.
  • Season version
Keep current artwork apart from old files.
  • Final roster
Match player details, products, and labels.
  • Change record
Record sponsor or roster edits after approval.

Recheck Every Reorder

Previous records are the starting point, not an automatic release.

  • Approved version
Retrieve the design, pattern, colors, and decoration.
  • Current supply
Recheck fabric, trim, patches, and labels.
  • Color batch
Compare current color results when the batch changes.
  • New details
Replace old player, sponsor, and packing data.

Material and ink batches can change. Exact color matching across later orders cannot be guaranteed.

How We Reduce Club Order Errors

Five checks for teams, seasons, and reorders.

We record the approved material, color reference, and production file. Each team's artwork and first bulk piece are checked against that standard.
We use the approved pattern, size chart, and measuring method. Key measurements are checked to the agreed tolerances before packing.
Each team and season receives one final version. Later sponsor changes use a separate change record before the new file is released.
Saved records help us compare the new order, but material and ink batches can change. Current supply and color results are checked again.
Player labels follow the final roster. Garments, labels, and the packing list are checked before team cartons are closed.
